We ship internationally to almost any address in the world. We provide free shipping on all items in our store.
In order to do this and keep offer the best prices, our items are often shipped directly from the manufacturer.
Your order will be processed internally within 24 hours. Our manufacturers aim to process orders within 1 - 5 business days, however this can be delayed due to public holidays, unforeseen stock issues or particularly busy periods of the year.
For speed and cost-saving, your order may arrive in multiple shipments from different fulfillment centers. This comes at no cost to you. Please be aware of this if one of your items arrives before another.
All orders are shipped via our Free Shipping method. Shipping times typically vary from 2 - 10 weeks depending on the manufacturer location and processing time. If your shipment has not arrived within 8 weeks we will offer a full refund on your order.

If you change your mind on your order we will not offer a refund on this item. If however the item is significantly different to the item you ordered or has a default, we will offer a refund for that item.
Claims for refund should be made as soon as possible and ideally with photos of the defect or incorrect items. Claims can be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org
